We sing a variety of songs and this one, Oh Shenandoah, (which is on our song list for tomorrow night) is a traditional folk song which likely originated in the early 19th century as a work song sung by French-Canadian fur traders, voyageurs, and flatboatmen traveling down the Missouri and Mississippi rivers. It is a really haunting melody - come and join in at 7 pm 😁🗣️🎼🎶🎵
