REQUEST

Can you please if interested make sure you supply a telephone number by message so we can discuss the Dog with you. It clearly states on the posting that this is needed.

We are being inundated with People calling Pauline in some cases just within an hour of the Dog being posted.
As the numbers are generally mobile numbers we have no idea whether it’s spam or not.
It’s getting too many now.

So can we ask that you message in or drop a text message clearly stating who you are what dog you are interested in and you will be contacted.

Please take this in the spirit it is intended and we have no wish to offend anyone, but it is taking so much time and as a small volunteer led Team we are ensuring that we are giving everyone that contacts us as requested, are given a call to discuss.

🐾❤️ A little update on Crumpet! ❤️🐾

First of all, a HUGE thank you to everyone who has donated to help Crumpet and her little ones. 🥰 We have been so touched by your kindness and generosity. As a small, volunteer-led rescue, it means the world to us to have such wonderful support when we need it most.

Crumpet's puppies haven't arrived just yet, so we're still waiting patiently for the pitter-patter of tiny paws! 🐶🐾 We'll keep you updated as soon as we have any news.

As you know, Crumpet needs a caesarean, with the estimated cost being around £3,000. This is an unexpected expense for Helping Dog Paws, and we're so grateful to everyone helping us get closer to our target.

Meet Wesley a 2 year old Jack Russell Terrier. He needs a new Home due to a change in circumstances. Not an easy decision but a necessary one.

Injections upto date Microchipped. Used to Children,not castrated. Ok with Dogs with respectful introduction.

Meet Saxon a 3 year old Chihuahua. This Dog has to find a new home through a change in circumstances. Heartbreaking decision but it’s unavoidable.

Lovely temperament good with other Dogs not Cats

He hasn’t been around younger Children but lives with an older Child.

🐾 An Unexpected Emergency – Please Help Helping Dog Paws

Every dog deserves the life they deserve, and right now, one very special dog needs our help. ❤️

Helping Dog Paws are a volunteer-led rescue dedicated to giving dogs a second chance and finding them the loving forever homes they deserve. We don't often ask for help in this way, but sometimes the unexpected happens, and we need to reach out to our wonderful supporters.

A dog recently rehomed through Helping Dog Paws has now been found to be pregnant. Sadly, she needs a caesarean section, with the estimated cost of veterinary treatment being around £3,000. This is a significant and completely unexpected expense for our small rescue, and it's not something we have faced before so we have set up a GoFundMe to help raise funds.

Our priority is to make sure this lovely girl receives the veterinary care she needs and has the best possible chance of safely bringing her puppies into the world. We want to give her and her little ones the best start in life, surrounded by the care and support they need.

We are hoping to raise £3,000 to cover the cost of her caesarean and the veterinary care associated with this unexpected situation. As a charity we rely on the kindness and generosity of people who care about dogs and want to make a difference. We know times are difficult for many people, and we completely understand that not everyone is in a position to donate.

But if you can spare even a small amount, it really would mean so much to us. If you can't donate, sharing this appeal with your friends, family and fellow dog lovers would be just as appreciated.

UPDATE

Delighted to say Zeus has been adopted.

URGENT

Zeus has been in our Foster care and been thoroughly assessed.

Zeus is 11 months fully vaccinated and has been castrated.

He is a lovely natured Dog but the Fosterer has said he’s very strong on the lead and will need an experienced owner that understands he will need training.

He will need a home without cats or livestock such as chickens.

Due to his size and boisterous nature we would not recommend rehoming where there are younger children.

He is in North Lincs and if you are interested please message in here with a telephone number to call you.

Ideally he wants to be rehomed as a matter of urgency. The Fosterer cannot foster him for much longer.

Beautiful send off for Mike with a bit of unexpected humour. He would have loved it.

Patsy the Dog that Gerry and Mike adopted from HDP went to see him in hospital ❤️

They also adopted Holly from us till she gained her wings 🌈🌈🌈then Patsy came along.
