A charitable organisation providing arts, wellbeing and counselling sessions to improve mental health, for adults, young people and children. We are governed by a board of trustees who have a wide variety of backgrounds, professional qualifications and experience. We have a dedicated arts and wellbeing facility in Sandbach town centre which is open 6 days per week. It has a large group space, arti
stsβ studio and a counselling room. There are a selection of paintings and handmade crafts, made by local people, for sale in our reception area. We also provide sessions out in the community and at other organisations premises. Courses/sessions are run by professional tutors with support from volunteers and students. Our aim is to provide a safe, friendly and inclusive environment where people can feel relaxed and accepted. For some this may be forgetting about their illness for a couple of hours. It has been proven that taking part in various forms of the arts improves wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem. We have a wide range of volunteering roles and opportunities. We welcome young people who wish to gain experience, carry out their work placement or Duke of Edinburgh award with us.
