Are you curious about Reiki? Come and discover what it’s all about…

Reiki is an ancient healing tradition that has been practised for generations, but for those who are new to it, it can sometimes seem a little mysterious, even a bit cloak and dagger!

Our Reiki Workshop is designed for anyone who has ever wondered what Reiki actually is, how it works, and what it might feel like to experience it for yourself.

Perhaps you’ve heard friends or family talk about Reiki, you’ve experienced a treatment and want to understand more, or you’re simply curious about energy healing and would like to explore it in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

This workshop is for you if you want to -

Learn more about the history and principles of Reiki
Understand how Reiki is traditionally used
Explore how Reiki may support your wellbeing and self care
Experience some simple Reiki techniques for yourself
Ask questions and discover whether Reiki is something you’d like to explore further
And the best part? There’s no commitment to becoming a Reiki practitioner. This workshop gives you the opportunity to explore Reiki and learn more about it without having to undertake the full training or certification process.

Whether you’re completely new to Reiki or have already dipped your toes into the world of energy healing, come along with an open mind and a little curiosity.
