What a lovely catch up yesterday for our 4th year. Natasha, our Taylor Park yoga instructor delivered a breath work session along with some meditation. This was followed by good natter over a brew and cake. It was lovely to meet some new faces too. Our lovely ladies walked out with a plant or chocolates kindly donated by Sam at St Matthews Food pantry. See you all next month. Wednesday 29th April 1pm - 3pm. Don't forget to put it in your diary.

We would like to send a massive Thank You to Lynn McKiernan at Morrisons, Baxters Lane, Karen Maw at COOP Lea Green Distribution and Sam O'Keeffe at St. Matthews Your Local Food Pantry for generously providing us with so many goodies for our final Cafe of 2025 and for further donating our hot beverage and sweet treat supplies for the New Year!!!!🥰🥰.

Also Thank You to The Friends of Taylor Park St Helens and Tracey Sherer at St Helens Council for both your support in helping us operate.

We all had a lovely afternoon together earlier today.

Enjoy the festive season everyone, best wishes to you and your families and I look forward to seeing you all on Wednesday 28th January 2026.
