Does your brain ever just NOT switch off?

Replaying a conversation from three days ago... Worrying about something that might happen... Thinking of the perfect thing you should have said… hours after the conversation ended.
Lying in bed while your brain suddenly decides it's time to think about EVERYTHING. 🙃

If any of that sounds familiar, we have a FREE session coming up at Dunchurch Community Hub & Library next Tuesday, 13th October.

'When Your Mind Won't Switch Off' is a practical talk exploring why we overthink, how it can affect us, and some simple techniques to help break unhelpful thought patterns.

📅 Tuesday 13th October
⏰ 6:30pm
📍 Dunchurch Community Hub & Library
🎟️ FREE – booking required

Come along and hopefully leave with a few useful things to try when your mind starts going round in circles. 😊
