What does Make Lunch really cost?

Today some of our team arrived early to prepare for our session. 144 sausages were cooked, spuds were peeled for proper mash, fruit crumbles were made from scratch... yummy! And nothing goes to waste!

Crafts and activities were planned and prepared weeks ago and have really been fabulous this summer. Sports and games and bubbles and chalk have been such fun!

A dozen or so team members give up their time (with the support of their families) to be there. Some great conversations went on around the tables. But the planning started months ago. Not to mention shopping and admin and team training and collaborating and working out funding and gathering resources...

A huge thank you to each team member - you are all truly wonderful and your motivation is genuinely from the heart.

Grand finale on Thursday for this summer! Preparations are under way right now!
