Brecks Community Hub Sound Bath 5th June

7pm - 8pm followed by herbal teas

A gentle monthly gathering created especially for women who are longing to slow down, soften and come back to themselves.
These sound baths follow a seasonal Homecoming journey through the year. Each month we rest, release and remember who we are beneath the stress, expectations and constant doing.
If you have been feeling;
•tired
•anxious
•overwhelmed
•emotionally stuck
•disconnected from yourself

Sound healing can help to support;
•deep relaxation
•calm the nervous system
•lift mood and emotional heaviness
•release stored tension
•improve sleep
•create a sense of peace and self worth

Come and join Emma for her little sonic sanctuary where you can simply arrive as you are and leave feeling more like yourself again.
These sessions are lovingly held as women only spaces.
*Mixed sessions will be offered at certain points throughout the year.
