Hi friends, as we head into the new year, we'd love your support in spreading the message about our Lighthouse support group. Do you know anyone who's struggling dealing with a cancer diagnosis? are you someone that has finished cancer treatment and are anxious, finding it difficult or would just like a chat? or do you care for anyone going through the journey they never asked to be part of?

If so, we'd love to welcome new members. If attending the group feels overwhelming, one of the members would be happy to meet and chat with you before you come along on the phone, or in person.

We have lots of ideas for group activities, speakers and socials and we'd love to hear your ideas too!

Happy new year to all our wonderful friends 🎉. Looking forward to catching up on Friday 15th, to plan some exciting activities for 2026.

Hi friends, looking forward to the next session this Friday, going to have a chilled back cuppa and a catch up and get planning for the winter events (Christmas included!) if you haven’t been, please do join us, it def makes a difference and the weekend feels lighter. Hi all, unfortunately this Fridays group will not be going ahead. It’s our good friends wake and we have some people that can’t make it.

Another lovely evening at our lighthouse support group on Friday. Sad to hear a few regulars couldn’t make it due to illlness but we had a great session.

Huge thank you to Public Health Wales for filming our journey and taking part in the lovley art session from Zoot, and to him, for bringing the fun. 🤩

Please come visit us in 2 weeks, whatever your journey, we’d love to see you and welcome you to the gang. 🫶🏻xx

Such a lovely evening at our lighthouse support group. Huge thank you to Lisa Gardner for her jewellery making session and to Kath for her wonderful reiki healing.

Please join us in two weeks for catch up and some painting activities, whatever journey you’re on.

Hello friends, nice to see you all in the last session. Looking forward to next Friday where we’ll be making some jewellery and chatting through our plans.

Men are more than welcome so don’t be put off by the arts and crafts, we’re a welcoming bunch 😊 even if you can’t make the whole session.
