You’ve all worked so hard to get to this point, and now it’s your time to shine. Believe in yourselves, stay calm, and trust everything you’ve learned. Every bit of effort, revision, and determination will pay off.

Remember - exams don’t define who you are. You are talented, capable, resilient, and amazing just as you are. Go in with confidence, do your best, and show off those skills.

This week we welcomed students from Edgehill University who delivered a dynamic workshop inspired by drama practitioner Dorothy Heathcote.

Using a historical lens, Rangers explored the Suffragettes - how their protests began, how effective they were, and what we can learn from their actions today. They also stepped into role themselves, creating and performing their own protests through drama.

It was an incredible session, and we’re so proud of the ideas, enthusiasm and teamwork shown by everyone involved! 🎭

It’s been a busy March! We loved being back Waddow Hall for our Rainford District Girlguiding wallie weekend! The activities team were fantastic and girls experienced so much adventure! What a fun end to this term!! Thank you Bounce Rainford for a fun energetic night and something new for our girls and leaders! Highly recommend!

Last night we had a big double class. 🩵💜🩷

Our usual 60minutes of ((BOUNCE)) with our usual Monday night warriors 💪

Followed by a special BEATS class! ✨️💪🩷💜🩵
Bounce Rainford held a private class for our local girlguides who were exploring different types of exercise. They all got stuck in and gave it a really good go! Well done to all of you! I hope you all enjoyed it 👏👏👏
