Temple of Higher Frequency

Welcome to the Temple of Higher Frequency FB page for updates on the Sound temple.

☥ A little moment of stillness, soaking in the beautiful resonance of my Ankh tuning fork.

In ancient Egypt, the Ankh symbolised the breath of life, eternity and the divine connection between the earthly and spiritual realms.

Hathor, the ancient Egyptian goddess of music, love, beauty and sacred celebration, reminds us of the power of sound to awaken something deep within us.

There is something profoundly beautiful about sitting with vibration, allowing the sound to move through the body, quieten the mind and bring us into a deeper state of presence.

I often wonder how deeply our ancestors understood the relationship between sound and consciousness.

Perhaps some wisdom is simply felt rather than explained. ☥✨

Temple of Higher Frequency
Sound. Community. Wellbeing.

A huge thank you to every single person who has supported the Temple of Higher Frequency so far.
Whether you’ve donated, helped bring our events to life, shared your gifts, bought a ticket, spread the word, or simply believed in what we are creating.

Every person who has stepped forward has become part of this journey. 🤍

We’ve now raised our first £1,000 towards the building course, bringing The Temple of Higher Frequency another step closer to travelling to America to learn how to construct the sound dome that will one day serve our community.

Helping move this from vision into physical reality and towards a dedicated sound dome where people can gather, experience sound and vibration, learn, connect and be part of something created for the community.

What excites me most is watching the community around the Temple continue to grow. More people are connecting with the vision, bringing ideas, skills, creativity and support and this really does feel like the beginning of something much bigger than I could have ever imagined.

We still have £4,000 to raise, so if you feel connected to the vision, I’d love to hear from you . Weather you want to donate, collaborate, offer a skill, support a future event, come and co-create with us, or simply help us spread the word.

We are building a place for sound, community, wellbeing, learning and connection together.

✨ Introducing Breath of Eden ✨

I’m so happy to announce that Breath of Eden will be joining us at the very first Temple of Higher Frequency Gathering.

Charlotte creates a space that feels genuinely safe, supportive and deeply held, allowing you to fully surrender to the experience. Her work is grounded, compassionate and offered with great integrity.

Breathwork has the ability to gently quiet the mind, release stored tension, regulate the nervous system and reconnect you with yourself in a way that words often cannot. Every journey is unique, meeting you exactly where you are.

I can honestly say that taking part in breathwork with Charlotte has been one of the most profound experiences I’ve ever had. It has brought me moments of deep clarity, emotional release and a lasting sense of peace that stayed with me long after the session ended.

Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or have an established practice, Charlotte has a beautiful way of guiding each person with care and presence.

We’re honoured to have Breath of Eden as part of this gathering, and I can’t wait for you to experience the incredible work Charlotte brings.
