Hi, I am Tracey Hooper of Handsonmassages.co.uk

I will be bringing my Meditation and Sound Bath Journey to you at North Newton Village Hall
for you to experience.

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves.

​The goal is to shift your brain from an active, state to a deeply Relaxed state.

Soundbath experiences can often lower high heart rates and blood pressure, promoting better sleep, stress and anxiety relief and generally helping you feel more grounded.

​By giving the mind a healing frequency sound to focus on, it can "quiet" the internal chatter.

The soothing frequencies and vibrations of various instruments will include Crystal and Tiebetan Singing Bowls, Gongs and other beautiful sounds designed to help you relax 😌

Leave feeling Restored and Grounded.

No experience required come as you are and bring a pillow, blanket, warm clothes and a bottle of water to hydrate after your journey 😊

Date: Saturday the 18th of April
