Our Space supports children, young people and adults with disabilities and their families, through social and recreational activities. Our services are all run from our specialist centre 'The Brook Centre', located on Stanier Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 2SU. The centre boasts over an acre of land, secure and beautiful surroundings, hoist and other disability friendly changing facilities, a s

oft play and much more. What we offer is completely unique - all our sessions cover a variety of ages and all disabilities. We also offer daytime private bookings for schools and other disability groups as well as mainstream bookings for parties, meetings and other needs. Sizzling Sounds is back for 2026 and we would love for you to join us! Come along for some fantastic entertainment from the brilliant Minstrels Of Mischief, story telling from our good friend Alan Barrett and a special appearance from KPop Demon Hunters Rumi and Mira.
We will have a BBQ and other refreshments available, a raffle and tombola, and all proceeds will directly contribute to the ongoing cost of running sessions for our members.
So, save Sunday 19th July in your diary and come along with family and friends...tickets are available from the office.

Those of you who come to our monthly disco will have heard many of DJ Steven's own disco songs.

Steven has now created a CD of his songs and is kindly selling it to raise funds for Our Space 😃

If you would like to purchase one of Steven's CDs, you can place an order at the office. CDs cost £10 each with £8 being donated to Our Space.

⭐⭐⭐ Session for Home Educated/Not In School Children and Young People with SEND ⭐⭐⭐

Our next session for Home Educated Young People with SEND, plus their parents, carers and siblings will take place this Friday, 12th June. The session will run from 1.30pm until 4.00pm.

There will be access to all our usual facilities, including our large, secure outdoor space and our soft play area. The session will be an opportunity for young people and their parents/carers and siblings to relax, socialise and meet other people.

It was certainly rather warm, but as you can see from the photos, we had lots of fun in the sun at our Family Sessions during half term!

If you would like to join us before the next holidays, here’s a reminder that this Saturday, 6th June, we have a morning Family Session (10am to 12.30pm) as well as our weekly Saturday afternoon session.

It's disco time again this Saturday, so put on your dancing shoes and come and join us for good tunes and meeting friends.

Disco is for anyone aged 16 and over with a disability. Entry is £5 and carers are free. Refreshments can be purchased.
