Team Spotlight: U13s ⚽🟡⚫

A brilliant match for our U13 Wanderers, who came away with an 8–2 win over Leek Town.

From the opening whistle, the lads got the ball down and played some lovely football, creating chances and scoring a great variety of goals — with multiple players getting on the scoresheet, something the coaching team always love to see.

Every player worked hard, stuck to the game plan, and showed real togetherness across the pitch. But just as important was the attitude on display — listening, encouraging teammates, and supporting each other throughout the match. 👏

A fantastic all-round performance. Now we look ahead to next fixture as the team push to finish the season strongly. 💪

Team Spotlight: U12s ⚽🟡⚫

A great performance from our U12 Wanderers on Sunday as they held Cheadle to a 1–1 draw at home — a brilliant response against a side who beat us convincingly earlier in the season.

After going 1–0 down, the lads showed real character, battled hard, and grew into the game. The second half saw a much stronger Wanderers performance, capped off by a wonderful goal from Jack to earn a well-deserved equaliser.

A real team effort from start to finish and a great example of how far this group has come. Well done boys — plenty to be proud of. 💙⚽

🟡⚫⚽ Team Spotlight: U15s 🟡⚫⚽

A strong return to action for our U15s on Sunday after a few weeks off due to the Christmas break and recent weather disruptions.

The lads showed great sharpness, scoring three well-taken goals, topped off with a special strike from just inside the opposition half that sealed the 4-0 win against a local rival.

At the other end, the defensive unit were excellent, staying organised and composed to earn a deserved clean sheet.

Despite tough conditions, the team stuck to playing good football — something that’s really stood out in recent performances. A mature, confident display and a great way to get back up and running.
