Whether you're a complete newbie or a table tapping pro - we'll get everyone moving and grooving with some toe tapping beats from Brazil.

Drumming is great for the body and brain, helping to improve focus, reduce stress, boost mood and support general well-being.

We had a blast at Etruria Canals Festival today 🥁

Our Carnival Drummers Workshop went down a treat - thanks to everyone who came along and drummed with us, you were all brilliant! We were having so much fun drumming with you all that we didn't even manage a single drum picture 🤣

And for a bonus point, it didn't chuck it down as forecast, it actually was warm and sunny ☀️🫣🫣

Thanks to the festival team for another brilliant event, we're very grateful to play our small part in it.

Happy Sunny Bank Holiday Monday ☀️😎

Reminder that we have 𝗻𝗼 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗜𝗥 𝗬𝗢𝗚𝗔 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, but you can join us from next week if you wish - newcomers always welcome!

🪑 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮?
We know there's lots of people who would love to try yoga, or get back into it, but floor yoga is not for them.

Chair Yoga means no getting up and down off the floor - and instead uses the chair as the base for seated poses, as well as for support in standing/balancing poses.

It's a great way to support you to move more, in your way - and to help you relax, unwind and take some time for yourself.
