ADHD Awareness Month is a great time to celebrate the people who talk openly about their ADHD and help challenge stigma.

ADHD UK has put together a brilliant list of well‑known figures who have publicly confirmed their diagnosis — a reminder that ADHD can affect anyone, in any industry, and that speaking up makes a real difference.

From actors and musicians to entrepreneurs, authors, comedians, politicians and sports stars, these individuals show the many ways ADHD can shape creativity, resilience and success.

Importantly, the list only includes people who have directly spoken about their ADHD. No rumours. No assumptions. Just real voices helping to build understanding and community.

Explore the full list here:

Famous People with ADHD - It is important to celebrate those who publicly talk about their ADHD. This list aims to include solely those that have spoken directly about their ADHD and includes links to sources.
