Happy new month everyone. Hoping today is going to be a good day for the auction as we didn't get any bids yesterday. I don't actually think that's ever happened before! Please keep bidding and sharing. The guitar raffle is doing really well. Thank you for all your support. Tracey x

WINTER AUCTION!
Well I’ve given you all far too much time off for good behaviour! Are you looking for Christmas present ideas? There are some lovely items in this, our 58th auction!. Do have a browse. I will run this to close on Friday 6th November at 5.00pm. Payment is to be made by Paypal: [email protected] please use friends and family option or we get fees deducted. (I can also provide bank details if you don’t have Paypal) Payment within 48 hours please as it means less trips to the post office for me! Unfortunately postage has gone up yet again so a small parcel is now £4.60 which I realise puts a dent in your bargain. Please do bid on more than one item and I will combine postage and make it as cheap as possible for you.
YOUR SUPPORT MEANS THE WORLD. The demand for rescue places for cats and dogs just seems to get worse by the day. Sadly our best is never good enough, but we must remember to celebrate our successes and all those who we have helped and saved. A massive thank you to those who donate the goods, as well as those who bid. I will just mention a few of our donators: DianneJayne, Clare Francis, Eleanor Lombari, Wendy & Mike, Beth, Sharon, Liz, Carol-Anne Murphy and Angela. My apologies if I’ve missed you off the list. Tracey x

The guitar raffle is going excellently well, but sadly I haven't had a single bid on the auction today. Saturday is usually a good day, so I hope it's because you've all been out having a good time! Is anyone tempted by this rather expensive, but half price gents coat? It is a gorgeous coat, brand new with a £700 price tag on. I'm asking for bids starting at £350. Keeping my fingers crossed. Please share for me. Thank you. Tracey x

Bids starting at £350 please
Postage £9.50 in addition or very happy if you want to collect

It’s almost the end of Zeke being our Dog of the Week, but that doesn’t mean he’s stopped looking for his forever home! 🐾💙

Please keep showing this handsome boy some love and sending in those adoption applications! 🏡💕 Zeke would love nothing more than an active, loving family of his own to share his walks, adventures and all his cuddles with.

His week might be coming to an end, but his search for a forever family continues🥰🐶

PLEASE DON’T SCROLL PAST, EVERY LIKE, COMMENT AND SHARE IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR MORE DONATIONS!

When Misty first arrived at the sanctuary, we noticed she had blood in her urine and appeared to be in discomfort. Following further tests and scans, we discovered that she was suffering from kidney stones.

Sadly, Misty needed an operation to help her, which cost the sanctuary £1,568.

Unexpected veterinary bills like these put an enormous strain on the sanctuary and our already limited funds. We never want finances to stand in the way of giving an animal the care they desperately need, which is why we’re reaching out to you for help.

If you are able to spare even a small donation, please visit the donate page on our website and help us cover the cost of Misty’s surgery.

Every single donation, no matter how big or small, makes a difference and is hugely appreciated.

Thank you for supporting us and helping us care for animals like Misty. ❤️🐾

Hello. My name is Ebony. I am one of the seniors looking for a home. I am a very friendly lady, but I don’t like other cats. I am 12 years old. I am a bit underweight at the moment, so I’m allowed extra treats. I am waiting to have an operation on my eye for entropion, which will be covered by the Sanctuary, but it would be lovely to be recovering in a home of my own. I will be fine with sensible children 5 and over, and I’m probably best as an indoor cat. I’d just love to be back in a home to call my own. If you're interested in me, here's the adoption form to fill in: https://carlalaneanimalsinneed.co.uk/adoption-questionnaire/
Please only apply if you are genuinely committed to adopting, and can do so within the next seven days.

£135 of tickets already taken! Turning out to be a popular item! Please keep sharing for us. Thank you. Tracey x

SQUIRE STARCASTER Electric Guitar purchased new in 2022 and very rarely used.
A lovely supporter has kindly donated this guitar to us. I have found a similar one on eBay for £299 but it has some damage, and this one is virtually new, and was restrung a few days ago with Elixir Optiweb 10 - 46 electric guitar strings.
“It was tested though one of my amps and all seems very good … and gives the strings time to settle.”
Dual ‘hum-bucker’ pickups.
This one has the walnut finish, and the walnut edition is not as common as other finishes and so is worth more than the standard finish.
There is no carry case.
NOT AN AUCTION ITEM! £5 for one ticket £10 for 3 tickets. Please pay via Paypal [email protected] MUST BE FRIENDS & FAMILY/TRUSTED PERSON or we get fees deducted and let me know what numbers you would like.
