Yet more madness today.

To be clear, regardless of what the law may say, NO ADULT should be leaving ANY DOG alone with a young child (or children).

This update gives entirely the wrong message to the public, yet again. ANY DOG CAN BITE or cause injury even by accident, and for a child the risk is obviously greater. The risk of a child being injured by a dog is NOT limited to XL Bullies, or any other kind of dog, nor does it somehow become more of a risk from November than it is today.

Totally irresponsible messaging from the government who continually miss opportunities to deal with the problem of dog bites effectively.

Despite somehow finding the time to consider and amend the XL bully legislation to remove one condition and add another, three years on the promised de-registration scheme remains nonexistent.

Lovely old Babs has still not had a single application. She is an affectionate girl who will sit on your knee, and sleep on your bed with you if she's allowed to (which is what she's currently doing in her foster home).

Hello, my name is Babs! I'm a friendly 13-year-old lady, who was recently returned to the rescue after 12 years, because my owner sadly passed away.

Originally, I was found dumped in a taped-up box, along with another cat named Misha. We were adopted as a pair and have always lived together, but we don't seem to have a close bond and tend to avoid each other, so we could go to separate homes now. We'd prefer not to live with other pets.

I'm confident and happy to be fussed. Though I sometimes miss the litter tray, a few puppy pads easily solve this, and I won't just make a mess anywhere in the house.

I am looking for a comfortable retirement home, and would be content with a warm knee to sit on, and an indoor-only lifestyle.

🐶Bee has come into the rescue from Romania ,after being saved from the kill shelter in Romania she was taken to a foster home where she lived with lots of dogs whilst she waited for a rescue to offer her a place.
🐶Bee waited 3 years in her foster home and has now come into our rescue so we can find her a forever home .❤️
🐶Bee is the sweetest most gentle girl you could wish to meet ,once she knows you she loves you and gives kisses and cuddles .

🐶Bee is a 5year old medium sized crossbreed ,possibly lab cross .
🐶🐶Bee adores other dogs and must have a home where she lives with another dog or dogs .
She was scared of cats but no aggression just wary ,she. could live with a cat .
🐶Bee would love to be in her forever home soon ,she has a beautiful heart and soul and loves to snuggle up and give you kisses ,she is a real delight to have around and will make a wonderful companion to her humans and dog friends alike .
🐶Bee can live with gentle children age 10 plus .

Royals smiling now the sun is back out ☀️

Royal 👑 is a 6 year old Staffie cross, she is sadly needing a new home due to a change in circumstances in her home, she has been very well loved and is looking for a 5 star home.

Royal is looking for an adult pet free home, she absolutely loves everyone she meets and thinks she is a lap dog at times.🙈 she is wary around children so a home without young children or visiting children is best for her. She loves her walks and playing with her teddies, but typical of a Staffie she likes to rip them up for fun.

She loves her home comforts, lounging around at home is what she does best but on your knee is the best spot.

Royal can be reactive on walks to other animals so will need a physically capable owner. ❤️
