🐿️ We’ve got a squirrelly Saturday coming up at the library! 🍂

Join us for Family Storytime & Crafts as we read The Squirrels Who Squabbled by Rachel Bright and Jim Field.

Greedy squirrels Cyril and Bruce have both got their eyes on the very same prize – the last pine cone of the season! 🌲 But with neither squirrel willing to share, things soon get a little chaotic… Who will come out on top?

After the story, stick around for a squirrel-themed craft to take home. ✂️🐿️

A fun, free Saturday morning activity for the family – no booking needed, just come along! 🍁

📅 Saturday 17th October at 11am.

The Senior Library Group celebrated Gill's birthday at their last get together, too! Thanks to Kate for the cake, and Roger and Stuart, this time's driver and es**rt. Happy Birthday, Gill, from us all.

🍂 This week’s Preschool Storytime is perfect for autumn! 🍂

Join us on Wednesday at 2pm as we share Tattybogle – a beautifully illustrated story about a cheerful scarecrow who watches over the fields as the seasons change. 🌾

After the story, we’ll be getting crafty and making our own scarecrows using lollipop sticks, buttons, wool and lots of different textured scraps. There’ll also be Tattybogle colouring – and, of course, we couldn’t have a scarecrow Storytime without a rendition of Di**le Dangle Scarecrow! 🎶

📅 Wednesday 14th October at 2pm.
