Congratulations to four of our pilots on receiving awards at the Kent Scouts AGM on Saturday - Tony Prentice receiving his Silver Acorn and Garrick, Richard and Simon their good service awards.

This time of the year again.. the microlight booking calendar for 2027 will open tomorrow. Please contact [email protected].

Our activity is in high demand and we are all volunteers and make serious efforts to maximise those days when the weather is suitable for flying.

As such, please note the below booking arrangements:

• One day per group, districts can book a weekend.
• Minimum group size of ten scouts to fly (max 25). Less than 12 will be a half day.
• Leader needs to inform us two weeks before of actual numbers.
• Arrive as groups of no less than five to streamline our hangar tours. Happy to have whole group all session. Old Hay is a nice place to just sit and watch the flying.
• The last weekend in a month will be kept free as cancellation days and will be offered in the middle of the month with priority to any cancelled groups and then a Standby List.
• We can often do a mid week booking in school holiday times, so just ask.
