I have just watched your interview with South African barrister /advocate Muzi Sikhakhane https://youtu.be/zv7o92hSEGY and can relate as I also get called a 'looney'. My on-going South African problems in Maidstone originate here in 1980 with a Cape Town-born barrister, Lennie Hoffmann who became a judge 3 months later and is now known as Baron Hoffmann. I excelled in teaching winning regional and national awards. I have had a life-long passion for justice and fairness. I became Kent Businesswoman of the Year on 24.11.1995 and vowed to give back to my community. I entered politics in 2001 as the way to make a positive difference, but I was feared and so it was 16 years because I could stand in an election. This is my 4th General Election and the platform that I stand on is always the same. Maidstone Police tried to stop me standing in the current General Election on 4.7.2024 to be the MP for Maidstone and Malling, I spent 3 days locked up in Maidstone Police Station earlier this month & I have complications due to TIAs there. I attach my General Election flyer that the Royal Mail is supposed to deliver for me free of charge to 50,400 homes. I do my own legal work.

On 26.6.2024 I stopped election campaigning due evidence of rigging and decided to issue a Judicial Review asking for a re-run of the Maidstone and Malling election. On 28.6.2024 I rang the Met Police Counter-terrorism over a South African white terrorist group eg Sir Larry M Swart in Cape Town and Shar Grainger in Maidstone; this group and their supporters targeted me in December 2019 when I was standing to be MP - their group has a deep hatred for the Queen and her family as well as me & work with an Indian network.
I attach details of my Judicial Review being issued tomorrow in London ie the Defendants and 'Interested Parties'. I am seeking a 'win:win' for those struggling here in the UK and in South Africa. I have been assisting the Nigerian High Commissioner in London too over a high profile trial that involved 4 Nigerians as there are Netcare implications.

I am looking to appoint a mediator and I believe that Lord Hoffmann would be perfect for this role.
The matters are complicated and complex.
I last met Lord Hoffmann when he was my barrister on 5.8.80 when the Maidstone County Court sat in the Rochester Crown Court, where I was given a life-long court protection order etc. My solicitors at that time were Whitehead Monckton & Co.
I am a politician - independent - who it has taken 16 years to be allowed to stand in elections in Maidstone.
I attach a Maidstone & The Weald Election Flyer re myself and the General Election on 8.6.2017.
I attach a Supreme Court letter of 19.6.2017 as I made Lord Neuberger an interested party to my General Election challenge, I hasten to add that I know that the Supreme Court cannot transfer proceedings from a lower court to themselves.
I did a Brexit challenge via Judicial Review on 15.7.2016, but the then Head of the Administrative Court is biased towards the wishes of the KM, who run Kent. I challenged the referendum not on the result but because I am committed to fair elections. This is history now, as the sisterhood who run Kent via the KM got their way and my Brexit challenge became a miscarriage of justice.
With the KM's influence on the RCJ there is no point me pursuing my elections challenge any further. I now seek to mediate.
Please may I have an appointment later this week where I can learn how to pursue mediation, discuss arrangements, fees etc?

On 22 May 2024 I rang Freemasons Hall in London as I wanted to instigate disciplinary proceedings against 4 masons, i was given an email address to use and in my follow-up email I asked if one of these 4 masons had murdered Marion Barter could he be arrested & go on trial?
