Our Story

Shepway Chariots are a newly formed Charity in the Shepway area of Maidstone. We embarked on a journey to transform half an acre of land in to a fully functioning Community and Wildlife corner, encouraging an active and healthy life style. Encouraging all to learn how to grow tend and harvest their own fresh fruit and vegetables. We teach children about the environment, wildlife and to learn where their food comes from. We run a Free Children's Gardening club called Shepway Shallots every Saturday from 10.30. Our Garden is open to all who wish to come and visit, volunteers are welcome, or just pop along to our Free Bacon roll and cuppa morning on a Thursday.
