A little Squirrel Update:
Tuesday 28th April- St. George’s Day
Squirrels battled in a game of knights and dragons, before playing capture the shield.

Tuesday 5th May- Star Wars
Squirrels became teams of Red Vs Blue and used “lightsabers” to fence. They also raced each other in an obstacle course.

Tuesday 12th May- Mote Park Lake Hike
Squirrels put on their hi vis jackets, backpacks and walking shoes to go hiking around Mote Park. They were super speedy and got time in the play park.

Tuesday 19th May- national bee day 🐝 and archery 🏹
With a special visit from the Dan (DLV) Squirrels celebrated Bee day, by fact finding and bee making then swapping and (for some first time) doing archery to practise those skills.

Last night Squirrels worked on their team and partner skills. Played hot potato with the parachute, after getting to know each other. They worked as a team to get their balls into the funny hoop trousers and worked together to pass the tennis balls to their partner.

Tonight Tovil Squirrels explored, climbed and zoomed down the slides at the Explorer Escape and Lava Hills, at Maidstone Leisure Centre. A great way to burn off energy and finish a term before the Easter Holidays.
