Are you passionate about making a real difference in your local community? Forging Futures in Lutterworth is looking for a dedicated, creative, and caring Support Worker to join our team!
We help our service users with learning disabilities build lasting confidence, develop essential life skills, and connect with the community. If you are patient, encouraging, and love helping individuals transition into a more independent lifestyle, we want to hear from you!
✨ What We Offer:
Good Rates of Pay
Up to 3 days a week (Wednesday to Friday)
Variable shifts strictly between 9:00am and 6:00pm
💼 The Role:
Leading fun, interactive group activities focused on independent living, cooking, and health.
Getting stuck into creative crafts, woodwork, enterprise, and gardening projects.
Supporting our service users on local outings, navigation, and shopping trips around Lutterworth.
Delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
👋 About You:
Warm, positive, and naturally encouraging.
Experience in adult social care or supporting individuals with learning disabilities is preferred, but a fantastic attitude and shared values are what matter most!
Reliable, proactive, and a great team player.
