If a passenger books an UberX and complains about the A/C, they can be politely advised that Uber Comfort is the option designed for passengers who want temperature preferences and other comfort features.

Attention all drivers:
If you’re unhappy with Uber’s commission and pay, please consider submitting a complaint using this link: https://www.ombudsman.org.uk/gcs

Many drivers feel that while our contracts state a commission of around 20–30%, customers are sometimes charged much higher service fees, making it seem as though Uber keeps a much larger share. If you’ve experienced this and believe it’s unfair, submitting a complaint may help bring attention to the issue.

If enough drivers raise their concerns, it could encourage the relevant authorities to investigate. If you’ve been affected, don’t delay. Please only include information that is accurate and based on your own experience.

The UK Central Government Complaint Standards set out how organisations providing government services should approach complaint handling. They have been co-designed with UK central government departments, other public bodies and advice and advocacy groups. Building on the good practice that already....

Hi everyone,

As you know, Uber’s pay has become a serious concern for many of us. It’s time for drivers to come together, discuss the situation, and decide what we can do collectively.

We’ve created a group for all Uber drivers in Luton so we can share information, support each other, and coordinate any action we agree on together. Every driver’s opinion matters, and the more people who join, the stronger our voice will be.

If you want to be part of the discussion and help improve our working conditions, please join the group and invite other Uber drivers as well.

Together, we can make our voices heard.

People say, “You can’t change Uber—they’re too big.” But they became big because of people like you and me. Without us, they are nothing.

Let’s stand together in Luton and make our voices heard. If we can bring change here, other towns will follow. Every movement starts with one community. Let’s be the start of that change.

Uber isn’t powerful without us. We built its success. If we unite and demand change, Uber will have to listen.

Hello everyone
Every day I see drivers complaining, getting frustrated, arguing with each other, and blaming one another. The reality is that none of this will improve our situation. If we want change, we need to come together and act as one.

We have already started in my town creating a WhatsApp group and bringing local drivers together. Now we want to expand this movement across the UK, town by town and city by city. We are looking for at least 2–3 dedicated representatives in every town and city who can help unite drivers in their area and coordinate with the wider group.

we aim to reach drivers in London,St Albans, Stevenage, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton, Cambridge, Oxford, Reading, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Leicester, Nottingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow, Edinburgh, and many more locations across the country.

The plan is simple: first, organise drivers locally. Then connect all the local groups together. Once we have strong support nationwide, we can agree on a date and time for a coordinated action across the UK. Ultimately, we can bring drivers from different towns and cities together for one major demonstration in London so that our voices cannot be ignored.

This campaign is not about one person, one town, or one group. It is about every driver who is struggling and feels that their concerns are not being heard. We need unity, patience, and commitment.

I would also welcome your ideas, advice. If you have suggestions on how we can improve or organise more effectively, please share them. Nothing will change overnight, and it won’t be easy, but if we stand together, we have a much better chance of making a difference.

Enough complaining. Enough division. It’s time to organise.

If you’re willing to help represent your town or city and bring drivers together, please get in touch. Let’s stand united and make our voices heard.

Thank you
