A very special Happy Retirement to Marie, who retired on 20th May after an incredible 18 years working in the Gorse Covert Coffee Bar.

For nearly two decades, Marie has been part of the friendly face of the centre — serving drinks, lunches, smiles and conversation to so many people in our community.

Her hard work, kindness and dedication have meant so much to staff, visitors and regulars over the years, and she will be greatly missed by everyone at Gorse Covert.

We wish Marie all the very best for her retirement and hope she enjoys every minute.

We’d also like to give a warm welcome to the new faces joining the Coffee Bar team as we continue keeping the centre a friendly, welcoming place for all.
