Today, we held our wonderful community big lunch picnic at Pymmes Park.Despite the wet and rainy weather, we moved the celebration to our Pymmes Park Visitors Centre, and the atmosphere was so joyful.

Everyone enjoyed delicious food and drinks, including tasty burgers from the Memo Burger Van, all served for free. We also had free toys for the kids, along with beautifully knitted little bags made by Mind Martine, and everyone got to create their own birthday cards. Plus, we gave away hundreds of lovely party dresses for little girls, perfect for their special moments.

The amazing team from Enfield Primary Care NHS provided health checks with the NHS cancer screening team and community had been dancing with the lovely Anna. It was truly a memorable day for our community.

๐ŸŽฌ N18 Rising | Two Years of Impact, Creativity & Opportunity

This short film celebrates the achievements, stories and impact of the N18 Rising (TBC Team) project over the last two years.

Working alongside hundreds of young people across Edmonton, the project has created opportunities for young people to develop confidence, skills, creativity and aspirations through a wide range of activities, experiences and pathways.

๐Ÿค Delivered by Edmonton Community Partnership and funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, N18 Rising has brought together a fantastic partnership of organisations including EMEK Theatre, DJMC Academy, WhiteStar Football Club and Ape Media.

From theatre productions and music workshops to podcasts, football sessions and youth-led projects, through to performances, trips and community events, this film captures the journey of young people who have grown, achieved and helped shape their community.

โœจ Most importantly, it celebrates the young people themselves โ€“ their talent, resilience, creativity and determination to build a brighter future.

โค๏ธ Thank you to every young person, parent, partner, volunteer and supporter who has been part of this journey.
