FANDALIAETH SAFLEOEDD BYSIAU PENYGROES /
VANDALISATION OF PENYGROES BUS STOPS
Mae Cyngor Cymuned Llanllyfni yn siomedig iawn gyda'r cyfresi diweddar o fandaliaeth yn ein harosfannau bysiau, yn benodol ym Mhenygroes. Mae hyn yn fater difrifol ac sy'n effeithio yn uniongyrchol ar y gymuned gyfan ac ni allwn anwybyddu'r difrod sy'n cael ei achosi gan unigolion anhysbys.
Yn ystod y ddwy flynedd diwethaf mae Cyngor Cymuned Llanllyfni wedi gwario dros £5300 o a***n cyhoeddus ar atgyweirio a chynnal a chadw'r arosfannau hyn - a***n y gellid ei ddefnyddion ar gyfer llawer o wasanaethau hanfodol eraill yn ein cymuned. Mae'r fandaliaeth ailadroddus yma yn wastraff llwyr o adnoddau y dylid ei ddefnyddio i wella ein cymuned ac nid i drwsio difrod a achosir gan gamau diystyr yn gyson.
Mae'r arosfannau hyn yn gwasanaethu pawb, o blant ysgol i bobl hŷn, ac maent yn haeddu cael eu parchu.
Mae'r Cyngor Cymuned yn gweithio gyda'r heddlu a'r awdurdodau lleol i fynd i'r afael â'r mater hwn a byddwn yn parhau i fonitro'r sefyllfa - ond mae angen cymorth gan bawb arnom i atal hyn rhag digwydd eto. Felly gofynnwn i unrhyw un sy'n gweld fandaliaid yn malurio’r arosfannau i adrodd i'r heddlu am hyn os gwelwch yn dda. Diolch yn fawr am eich cydweithrediad.

Llanllyfni Community Council is very disappointed with the recent series of vandalism at our bus stops, specifically in Penygroes. This is a serious issue which directly affects the whole community and we cannot ignore the damage caused by unknown individuals.
During the last two years Llanllyfni Community Council has spent over £5300 of public money on the repair and maintenance of these stops - money that could be used for many other essential services in our community. This repeated vandalism is a complete waste of resources that should be used to improve our community and not to constantly repair damage caused by meaningless actions.
These stops serve everyone, from school children to older people, and they deserve to be respected.
The Community Council is working with the police and local authorities to tackle this issue and we will continue to monitor the situation - but we need everyone's help to prevent this from happening again. So we ask anyone who sees anything regarding this to please report this to the police. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
