What a fantastic day at our Hinckley Hub yesterday! 🌿🌻

Our members enjoyed a fun and relaxing herb and sunflower planting activity, creating their own mini gardens to take home and nurture.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made the session so enjoyable.

If you'd like to get involved in more planting activities, we'd love to see you at our Moira hub this Friday, or at our Loughborough hub on Thursday 18th June.

Things we wish we knew earlier… ☀️🧴

Skin cancer is one of the most common cancers, but awareness, prevention and early detection can make a huge difference.

Getting to know your skin is important. Regular skin checks can help you notice changes early, whether that’s a mole changing shape, colour, size or becoming itchy or sore.

If something doesn’t look or feel right, get it checked.

This Skin Cancer Awareness Month, take a few minutes to check your skin and encourage your loved ones to do the same 💛

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at our Hinckley Cancer Hub last week for our community litter pick 💚♻️

It was wonderful to see so many people coming together to support the local community, enjoy the fresh air, and make a positive difference together. Every bag collected helps keep our spaces cleaner and brighter for everyone.

We love bringing people together through activities like these, and there’s plenty more to look forward to at our upcoming hubs!

Mental health challenges can affect anyone, but too often men feel pressure to stay silent. That’s why we’re helping raise awareness of local mental health support available across Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland and encouraging more open conversations around mental wellbeing.

Our Cancer Support Hub is more than just a meeting place — it’s a calm and compassionate space where anyone affected by cancer can find support, connection and understanding.
