Transport Assistant



Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking to appoint an organised and proactive Transport Assistant to support the delivery and administration of its thriving school transport services across both Warwick and Leamington campuses.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative, organisational and customer service skills to play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the Foundation's transport network.

The post holder will report to the Transport Officer.

Hours of Work: 25 hours per week – Term Time Only

13:00 to 18:00 or 13:30 to 18:30

Salary range : Support Band Salary Point 16 – 19 (FTE : 25,368 pa – 26,475 pa)
Actual Salary is equivalent to £13,666 - £14,263 per annum

Warwick Schools Foundation are seeking to appoint a Casual Site Operative to help a busy and thriving Facilities Department to ensure site security, operations, maintenance and compliance.



The successful applicant will be competent with maintenance and DIY skills with basic IT skills and possess a can-do attitude. The post-holder will follow Foundation safeguarding and compliance procedures to maintain site security and undertake planned maintenance to ensure smooth site operations.



This role will report to Operations Supervisor.



Hours of Work: Casual (as and when required) including weekends
Salary range :Foundation pay scale point 11 which is equivalent to £14.87 per hour including holiday pay
Location : On Site including Warwick Campus and Leamington Campus

Kingsley Explorers is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Bank Staff to join our new all-year-round nursery. We are building a flexible bank team to support the nursery with staff absence, training, annual leave and periods of increased demand.

Opportunities Available
Bank Room Lead (Level 3-5)
• Up to £19.58 per hour inclusive of holiday
(Basic hourly rate £16.73 plus rolled-up holiday pay of £2.85 per hour)
• Suitable for experienced Early Years professionals with room leadership experience.
Bank Early Years Practitioner - Level 2/Level 3
• Up to £17.25 per hour inclusive of holiday for Level 2 (up to £18.58 per hour for Level 3)
(Basic hourly rate £14.75 plus rolled-up holiday pay of £2.50 per hour)
• Suitable for qualified Early Years Practitioners holding a full and relevant Level 3 qualification.
Bank Nursery Assistant (Unqualified)
• £14.87 per hour inclusive of holiday pay
(Basic hourly rate £12.71 plus rolled-up holiday pay of £2.16 per hour)
• Suitable for individuals who have experience working with children and can provide supervised support within the nursery environment.
What You'll Be Doing
You will help create a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. Depending on your experience and qualifications, duties may include:
• Supporting children's care, learning and development.
• Delivering or supporting engaging play-based activities.
• Promoting children's wellbeing, independence and confidence.
• Supporting safeguarding, health and safety and welfare requirements.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and building positive relationships with families.
We Are Looking For
• Reliable and flexible individuals who enjoy working with children.
• Experience within nurseries, schools, wraparound care, holiday clubs, play schemes or similar childcare settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Relevant Early Years qualifications for Practitioner and Room Lead roles.
