Members and friends thoroughly enjoyed a metal embossing workshop with Carrie from Crafts for Wellbeing last night. We all traced a heart but then added our own personal embossing touches with different finishes. We noticed Carrie was wearing a lovely embossed celtic knot pendant. She plans on offering a pendant workshop in the future.

🌿Tomorrow is the start of Great Big Green Week, the UK’s only mass moment for nature and climate, and it is happening on your doorstep. 🌿

Running from 6 to 14 June, with two million people expected to take part, it is a chance to connect with others in your area, take practical action and be part of a national story about what communities can do when they come together for good. Together for good, WIs are working for a fair green future, shaped by local voices, rooted in community, and mindful of the different impacts people face.

Find an event near you at greatbiggreenweek.com

If your WI is planning an event as part of GBGW, don’t forget to tell us all about it and send pictures to [email protected]
