A Summer to remember...
Today is the last day of our Summer Programme. We are looking back over the photos and the memories from the last 8 weeks! Our community continue to show everyone how welcoming, talented and fun they are 💜
Thank you to everyone who lead a session, joined in with a session and who came along to our Makerspace days.
Here are just a few snapshots of some of incredible sessions held during the Summer Programme:
- Iain shows everyone how to carefully whittle a piece of wood into a mushroom shape.
- This photo captures one of many lovely examples from the fabric journalling session. The fabric flowers are adorable!
- Purple, pink and blue! These bright colourful wigs were styled in the costume wig session, which was part of a series of sessions related to cosplay.
- A platter of sandwiches were essential, along with some tea, at the Tea Dance! Everyone enjoyed dancing together thanks to the excellent entertainment from Benita and Walter.
- At craft of quilling (paper rolling) was new to many people but the results were fantastic with this a red rose being made by one participant.
- Ravenscraig beach area became cleaner and brighter thanks to the children and adults who helped out at the family litter pick.
