⚠️ ANNUAL CLUB MEMBERSHIP

All members are also required to have their £10 annual Ashfield Spartans membership paid and up to date.

Members paying monthly subscriptions should ensure their standing orders are in place and payments are made promptly.

⚽🥊 BOXERS 4 – 2 COMEDIANS! 😂🏆

WHO SAID BOXERS CAN’T PLAY FOOTBALL?! 👀🤣

What an absolutely fantastic day at the Boxers vs Comedians Charity Football Match!

The boxers came away with a well-deserved 4–2 victory! 🏆⚽

Although, for the record, we’re claiming it was actually 6–2 after the referee somehow managed to disallow TWO perfectly good goals! 👀😂

We’re still waiting for the VAR footage to be reviewed! 🤣📺

All jokes aside, it was a brilliant and entertaining day from start to finish, with plenty of laughs, friendly competition and some questionable footballing ability on display! 😂

Most importantly, it was fantastic to see everyone coming together, giving up their time and supporting a worthwhile charitable cause. ❤️

A massive thank you to everyone involved in organising the event, all the players who took part and everyone who came along to support the teams.

And fair play to the comedians — they certainly brought the entertainment, although we’re not sure whether some of their football was part of the comedy act! 🤣👏

It’s days like these that remind us how sport can bring people together, build friendships and make a positive difference beyond the boxing ring.

It’s simple!

Come along to one of our 6:00pm Beginners Boxing & Boxing for Fitness sessions on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Introduce yourself to our coaches, have a look around our facilities and find out how you can get involved.

No previous boxing experience is necessary, and you don’t need to be super fit to start!

🥊 ASHFIELD SPARTANS OUT IN THE COMMUNITY! ❤️🖤

This evening, representatives from Ashfield Spartans Boxing Academy were delighted to attend the Kirkby Rotary Club event, held at the Summit Centre in Kirkby in Ashfield.

It was a pleasure to be part of an evening bringing together people and organisations from across our local community. 👏

At Ashfield Spartans, we firmly believe that being a community boxing club means much more than what happens inside the four corners of a boxing ring.

It’s about building relationships, supporting local initiatives, creating opportunities and working together to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

A huge thank you to Kirkby Rotary Club for organising the event and bringing our community together.

Boxing medicals - Monday 28th September -6pm

Ashfield Spartans Boxing Academy is pleased to confirm that our boxing doctor will be attending the club to complete England Boxing medicals for the 2026/27 season.

All boxers requiring a medical are encouraged to attend and get themselves ready for the competitive season ahead! 👊

💷 £20 per boxer – CASH ONLY

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL BOXERS
To have your medical completed, you MUST:
✅ Have your England Boxing individual membership paid and up to date.
✅ Have your England Boxing membership number ready on arrival.
Boxers who have not renewed their England Boxing membership should do so before attending.

☕💛 OUR NEXT WARRIOR WITHIN COFFEE MORNING IS COMING! 💛☕

Following the fantastic response to our very first Warrior Within Foundation Coffee Morning yesterday, we're delighted to announce our next one!

Yesterday wasn't just about having a coffee, it was about conversation, connection and listening. It was amazing to see people come through the doors, share their experiences, talk openly and, most importantly, start helping us shape what The Warrior Within Foundation can become.

And that's exactly what we want to continue building.
