Omg!!! Its such sad news that icon Patrick Stewart has died at the age of 86. 😞😞😞

He’s forever known for playing Jean-Luc Picard and Charles Xavier, whom he “admired for their morality, for their kindness, for their sensitivity, for their compassion.”

The weather is absolutely shocking, so what movies are we watching this weekend while we are cosy indoors?

I'm about to watch Harry Potter (again) while carving our pumpkins 🤣🎃

Took a gamble on Odeon’s Screen Unseen tonight, cheap tickets where the movie stays a mystery until it starts.

Safe to say it paid off big time because we got an advance screening of Wicker (out next week)!

What a brilliant, wonderfully weird film. It’s funny, heartfelt, and Olivia Colman is incredible as always. Plus, I’ll never turn down an Alexander Skarsgård movie.

Fun bonus fact: Alexander’s costume throughout the film was crafted by the same team that worked on The Lord of the Rings!

🎃Countdown to Halloween🎃 day 13

Kubo and the Two Strings

This is just a beautiful masterpiece. I saw it when released and didn't think that much of it. I must have watched it while not fully invested as now I can't see anything wrong with it.
Have you ever watched a film that you have had a complete turnaround on, after re-viewing.

🎃Countdown to Halloween🎃 day 12

Monster House

There is a decent kids horror story here if you can see past the terrible CGI. The uncanny valley animation makes it very dated BUT this would be great made with better animation or live action film. Any films you think would better with modern storytelling? Comment Below 👇

🎃Countdown to Halloween🎃 day 11

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.

Probably the weakest film but probably the best last 40mins. Which is your weakest Harry Potter? Comment below 👇
