🎓 Entering your final year of study and feeling stuck about what comes next?

You’re not the only one!

Everyone seems to be asking:

“What are you doing after you finish?”

“Have you got a job lined up?”

…and meanwhile, you’re just trying to make it through your final year. 😅

If you’re feeling unsure about what comes next, this could be the perfect time to get some support.

We’re currently recruiting young people for the second cohort of Beyond Boundaries — offering personalised 1-to-1 employability support to help you figure out what’s next, build your confidence, and take steps towards getting there. 🚀

Recruitment is already underway and spaces are filling up quickly. We can only support 20 young people in this cohort!

So, if you’re heading into your final year thinking:

“I genuinely have no idea what I’m doing after this…”

This one’s for you. 👀

🎉 It's official! Mentor recruitment for the second cohort of our Beyond Boundaries Programme is now open.

We're looking for passionate volunteers who can spare just 2 hours a month to support a young person aged 17–23 as they work towards their goals and build a brighter future.

As a mentor, you'll become part of our village, contributing to a holistic support network that empowers young people to thrive.
If you've been thinking about giving back to your community in a meaningful way, we'd love to hear from you.

📖 Access our digital mentoring information pack here:

Every achievement has a story. Every challenge overcome deserves to be celebrated. 💙

This video captures some of the special moments from our Beyond Boundaries Celebration, marking the end of an incredible nine-month journey.

We're so proud of every young person for their resilience, confidence, and growth, and grateful to everyone who helped make this programme possible.

Here's to brighter futures. 🌟

Looking back through some of our previous reports, & came across this fantastic project that we were proud to deliver in partnership with Suffolk Constabulary Official Page and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Suffolk.

It's a timely reminder of what can be achieved when public services and the voluntary sector work together to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create safer, more inclusive communities. These partnerships continue to demonstrate the value of meaningful engagement and co-production with local communities.

The Rules of Engagement initiative is an innovative community-led project developed by the Ipswich and Suffolk Council for Racial Equality (ISCRE) to improve relationships between young people and Suffolk Constabulary.
