Hey lovely people! 💕

As some of you already know, my Wednesday evening Pilates class at CARESCO is moving to a Monday evening.

The Monday times will vary slightly over the next couple of weeks, but from October the class will settle into its new regular time of 7pm. 🙌

So, this Wednesday (16th) will be our final Wednesday evening class at CARESCO. 🥹💕

There’s also a little change to Sunday’s class (20th) due to hall availability. We’ll be at:

📍 One Leisure Sawtry
⏰ 10am–11am

And if you fancy an extra Pilates fix this weekend, you can also find me at:

📍 Focused Fitness, Ellington
📅 Saturday 19th
⏰ 9am–9.50am
💷 £12 per class or £40 for 4 classes

Please message me if you’d like any more details or want to book a space. I’d love to see you there! 🥰

I wish we had smelly vision - the CARESCO garden smells glorious this afternoon and we have beans galore!
