💜 A Personal Reflection 💜
I recently came across this beautiful quote, and it resonated with me so deeply that I felt inspired to add my own thoughts and feelings beneath it.
The words about becoming the woman your younger self would run to for protection touched my heart. They made me reflect on my own journey, the challenges I have faced, the lessons I have learned, and the strength I found along the way.
The thoughts that follow are my personal reflections written from the heart and inspired by my own experiences. They are a reminder of how far I have come, the battles I have overcome, and the person I have become today.
Sometimes we forget to acknowledge our own growth. This was my way of looking back at my journey and recognising the resilience, courage, and determination it took to get here.

Looking to make your money go further this week? Why not come along to our Food Pantry on Thursday 11th June 2026, open from 1:00pm – 3:00pm at Birkby & Fartown Library, Huddersfield.
For just £5, you can fill a bag with a fantastic selection of food, including:
🥔 Fresh potatoes and onions
🥦 Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and other vegetables
🍎 Fresh fruit including apples, oranges, bananas and grapes
🍅 Salad items and tomatoes
🍞 Bread and bakery items
🍰 Cakes, pastries and sweet treats
🥫 Store cupboard essentials and much more!
✅ No registration required
✅ Open to everyone
✅ Please bring your own bags
Every week is different, and we have plenty of fresh produce and bakery items available while stocks last.
