Calling all Duke of Edinburgh Award Volunteers! 🎖️

We currently have availability for DofE volunteering placements.

Saturdays | 10:45am – 12:15pm

Bronze – 3 months
Silver – 6 months
Gold – 12 months

More than 30 DofE students have already completed their volunteering section with us, gaining valuable experience in a supportive and encouraging setting.

Plus, there is no waiting list, so now is a great time to join!

🚮 KEEP KINGSMEAD TIDY in support of Ecofest 🚮

The next Kingsmead Residents' Association (KRA) community litter-pick is Sunday 3rd May at 2pm, meeting outside the entrance to the Pines Woodland on the Stanstead Road.

We are hoping to litterpick, The Pines, Stanstead Road and Foxholes Woodland path and if there are enough people Pinehurst.

If you fancy joining in the litter pick please email KRA (*see below) as we have some litter-picks and also hi-vis waistcoats. Alternatively, if you have your own litter-pick, then just turn up.

Weekly children’s art sessions are coming to Pinehurst Community Centre! 🎨✨

The Art Squad is officially launching on Thursday 16th April. If your 5–12 year old loves to create, this is the place to be! From messy clay to colorful painting, we handle the supplies (and the cleanup!), so they can focus on the fun.
