Our next Repair Cafe is on Saturday 25th April at Holy Trinity Church. We start at 10am. Last item accepted at 12pm.

From now, we'll be operating a queue based on your physical arrival time. You can book your item in online, but please come to the desk to be allocated a number in the queue.

We do sewing repairs, but we have to limit alterations due to the time they take to do (limited to one alteration maximum and then entirely dependent on workload on the day). There are businesses in town that will do clothing alterations.

We have a team of electrical and mechanical engineers, tool sharpeners, bike repairers and a chap who will restore your old photos.

Tea, coffee and delicious cakes also served.

Like all repair cafes, we welcome new volunteers. So please reach out to us if you are interested in joining us.

CHANGE TO BOOKING SYSTEM AND QUEUE

Please note that we have changed our online booking system. You can no longer book a time slot.... but you can still book in your item(s).

The queue on the day will be based on your physical arrival time.

So why bother to book on line? You don't have to, but...
1. It means we have a better idea of what is arriving on the day.
2. It means you don't need to fill in a booking form at the registration desk. So, it will save you time at the desk.

When you come to the desk, you'll join the queue and receive a coloured card with a number. We'll use this to run the queue fairly, so please keep the card visible.
