Haverhill Pantry Paused

We’ve been hit by a case of "not enough hands on deck!" Due to a volunteer shortage, we have to skip the Haverhill pantry today.

We are so sorry for the eleventh-hour scramble—we love serving you and hate to disapoint.

Will keep you posted!

🚐💙 OK… IT’S ABOUT TIME WE INTRODUCED YOU TO BERYL!

We actually welcomed our new van Beryl into the Boomerang’s family back in March, but from the moment she arrived, she’s barely had time to stop!

She’s been busy delivering support, playing a key part in our local pantries, heading out fundraising and collecting the much needed donations from the amazing people and organisations who help us keep doing what we do.

But Beryl wouldn’t be here without Pets Foundation

Our old van, Delilah, had served us incredibly well, but eventually she was simply giving us far too many “will we actually get there?” moments! 😬

Thankfully, Pets Foundation stepped in with an amazing grant of £43,807, allowing us to purchase a brand-new van and taking away the constant worry of not being able to help people and their pets when they needed us most.

A HUGE thank you to Pets Foundation for helping us make this possible and the amazing team Pets at Home & The Groom Room Haverhill. Your support hasn't just bought us a van, it's given us the reliability and security to keep doing what we do.

Here’s to many more miles, many more wagging tails and, most importantly…

LET NO PET GO HUNGRY 🐾💙

What are you doing this Saturday?
We are really looking forward to having a stall at Wagfest, part of Saffron Walden's Community Day.
There will be leads, harnesses and other pet accessories for sale (including costumes and bandanas for any occasion) together with a pick 'n mix dog treat station for our four legged friends. And for the two legged ones, there will be a Ducky Dip and a Teddy Tombola to play and animal inspired jewellery and gifts along with books and handmade items to buy.
Looking forward to seeing you there 😀🐾😀🐾😀
