❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️🤍 A village hall is an important amenity to every community. Wenn Evans Centre - Happisburgh Village Hall has a committee of volunteers who work hard to make sure it is utilised fully. Along with regular weekly sessions of Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Table Tennis, Judo, Short Mat Bowls, Line Dancing and Tai Chi, other regular events are arranged and run by the volunteers, such as our monthly FUN QUIZ NIGHT (HINT - tonight at 7pm!) and BINGO. THURSDAY GLEE CLUB - Come and Play! and Twixmas are in the mix too! 👥
One off events are arranged, offering something for everyone - Pot of Gold Shanty Crew, Annual Scarecrow Trail, craft sessions, table top sales... Suggestions are welcome.
We keep hire rates affordable for everyone, so celebrations for birthdays, weddings and namings can easily take place in the heart of the village.🎈🎈🎈
This enables our wonderful Kitchen Queens at the Happisburgh Community Hub to provide delicious lunches every week, providing a warm, inviting, safe space where you can chat, have a giggle, and probably indulge your sweet tooth - they are mighty fine cooks! This community has been built over time, and everyone looks out for each other. It's a wonderful place to be. 🤩
Every village hall is run by volunteers, asking for their community to come and spend time with others, doing something new, or not so new. So please support the events and activities that go on locally or a little further afield. Or just spread the word, share the posts, mention what is going on to friends and visitors. 🫶
It would be awfully sad if this resource disappeared. 😭
