💚 Give Volunteering a Try with Canddo! 🌱
Got half an hour to spare? Or perhaps a few hours a week?
Why not put that time to good use, meet new people and help make a difference in your community?
The Canddo Project CIC is looking for volunteers to support our existing activities and help us develop exciting new opportunities.
We're looking for people interested in:
☕ Community Hubs – Helping at our Wednesday Warm Hub and supporting plans for a second community hub.
🤝 Community Outreach – Reaching people who may be isolated, building connections and helping us take Canddo into more communities.
🔧 Repair Skills – Sewing, mending, fixing everyday items, woodworking, DIY and upcycling. You don't need to know everything; sharing just one skill can make a difference!
🎨 Arts & Crafts – Helping with creative sessions, sharing ideas or simply supporting people to have a go.
🌻 Social Garden – Growing, planting, wildlife projects, caring for our rescue chickens or enjoying time outdoors.
💬 Chat & Companionship – Sometimes simply sitting with someone, listening and sharing a cuppa is the most valuable thing you can do.
