Congratulations to all the winners and huge thanks to all the organisations and kind people who generously gave prizes.

Thank you to everyone who braved the rain on Saturday and supported the Penn Seven & Super Fun Run. Unfortunately the awful weather had a significant impact on funds raised so the Crowdfunding page set up for the event is way off target! If you were planning on running, attending or donating and were put off by the relentless rain, it’s not too late to show your support. The organisers are absolute heroes and deserve a huge round of applause as do the brave runners. Please donate if you can: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/penn-7-super-fun-run-party-by-the-pond-2026

We are so thrilled to be the chosen charity for the Penn Seven & Super Fun Run tomorrow, dating back to 1984 with the first chosen cause in memory of Claire Brown, a local five year old who had tragically passed away from leukaemia the year before. No child should be forgotten so we are honoured to be part of this village community event in memory of little Claire, our Thomas and all those young people who have gone before their time. We are blessed to have five year old Alfie a local boy who has recently completed treatment for leukaemia drawing the charity raffle with the help of his sister! at 5.30pm. Whether you are taking part in the races, coming along for the great food and music, it's sure to be a fantastic family day. We hope to see you there and we would be extremely grateful to have your support on this link, many thanks: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/penn-7-super-fun-run-party-by-the-pond-2026
