One year ago today we lost Blake. The past year, our lives have been turned upside down and a lot of us have had to start all over again. However, today, we wanted to focus on our achievements over the past year, things Blake would have been proud of, things she would have missed.

Together, we keep Blake’s memory and legacy alive and today was such a beautiful reminder of how loved and valued Blake is, and will always be 🩷

Today marks 1 year since our beautiful girl left us and the reason why our charity was founded

We will never fully know the reason why Blake found it so hard to remain here, but what we do know and feel, is that she left a huge hole in all of our lives

She was a bright, bubbly, sassy, witty teenager who was fiercely protective of her friends and family and from what it seemed on the outside, loved life.

Since the charity was created, our only focus has been on supporting children’s mental health, bringing our community together and ensuring that no one ever feels alone

Please continue talking, please continue making time for each other and always remember our gorgeous girl

In return we will Promise to be there when it matters most 💕💕💕

We want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to some truly amazing people who continue to go above and beyond to support our charity. 🩷

🎃 Sonia Watkins – Thank you for the incredible Halloween house you have created! We can only imagine how spectacular it’s going to look, and we’re so grateful that all donations will be coming to Blake’s Pink Promise. Your kindness and generosity mean so much to us, and we can’t wait to see what you’ve created! 👻🕷️🦇

🎃 Manor Farm Barn – Thank you once again for allowing us to use your beautiful venue, this time for our pumpkin carving event! 🧡 It was a huge success, and we are so grateful that you continue to welcome us and support the work we do. Having a venue that we can return to time and time again means so much to us.

🏛️ Lauren Sullivan MP – And last but certainly not least, thank you for inviting us to Parliament. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity and for your support. Being given the chance to have our voices heard and raise awareness of the importance of children’s mental health means so much to Blake’s Pink Promise. 💗

It is people like these who remind us how lucky we are to have such amazing support around us. Whether it’s providing a venue, donating time and skills, raising funds or opening doors to new opportunities, every single act of kindness helps us continue our mission to support children’s mental health in memory of Blake.
