📣 Annual General Meeting – Tuesday 28th April 7pm
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday 28th April at the Grangemouth Education Unit, Grangemouth Complex.
Anyone can come along should they wish to show an interest in joining the current committee.
The management committee is made up entirely of volunteers, and although the role is unpaid, the rewards are immeasurable, especially when you see the children shine on stage.
This is an important meeting where we will:
Review and discuss the company’s finances
Nominate and elect committee members for the next 12 months
Share information on the support needed for the upcoming Panto
Committee Support Needed – 2 to 3 Volunteers
We are seeking a minimum of 2–3 volunteers to join the committee and take on roles specifically related to the Panto. These responsibilities may include:
Attending rehearsals to take the register
Working with the production team
Purchasing props
Assisting with day‑to‑day ticket sales
The current committee has been volunteering in these roles for the last 11 years, and we now require additional support so trustees can focus on other areas of the charity.
Your help is essential to ensure we can continue running successfully.
