Telephone Surveys
Each month, we ask a sample of tenants to take part in a short satisfaction survey so we can understand what’s working well and where we need to improve.

We’ve asked an independent company, Knowledge Partnership, to carry this out by phone. If you’re contacted, the survey will only take 10–15 minutes.

If you get the call, please take part – your voice really does make a difference.

We also have a meeting of the Tenant Scrutiny Panel on Tuesday 16th June 2026 at 2 pm in our office ( or you can join in online). If you want to chat about our plans and services please join in. We can help with transport and with interpreting if required. Just get in touch and we will try and help you to get involved.

Back in March, Scottish Carer Supplement replaced Carer’s Allowance Supplement for people who get paid Carer Support Payment.

This extra payment is paid alongside your Carer Support Payment at a rate of £11.70 per week – meaning you’ll now receive support more regularly and consistently.

For many people the devastation of a terminal diagnosis is quickly followed by worries about paying the bills.

Our disability benefits are here to help.

People who are terminally ill are entitled to the highest rate of our disability benefits – Child Disability Payment, Adult Disability Payment and Pension Age Disability Payment.

They can also have their application for support fast-tracked through the system by applying through our dedicated terminal illness process.
