📍 Venue: St. Clare's Community Hall, Glenavy

Tiny Kickz is a fun-based learning sports programme for children aged between walking and 5 years old.

Tiny Kickz provides your child the opportunity to develop their fundamental movements, listening skills and their social skills within an environment that designed to be positive for your child to grow.

In our age-appropriate programme, your child builds routine on a weekly basis with YOU the parent playing a major role in their development 📈

Our platform starts your childs sport journey in a world full of colour, imagination and fun! 🌈💭🤸‍♂️

• Tiny Kickz Free-Play | Walking To 2 Year Olds - 9:30am.
• Tiny Kickz Structured | 2 Years Old To 3.5 Years Old - 10:30am.

⭐️Calling all mums up to one year post partum

St. Clare's Community Hall, Glenavy

💪Our June set of Physio led post natal Pilates classes will be returning Thursday 4th June at 11.10am

👶This class will be designed for new mums
(From 6 weeks post natal/10-12 weeks post C-section provided you have been cleared by GP/midwife)

👩‍🍼Gently rebuild your strength in a safe supportive environment led by an experienced physiotherapist - babies are also welcome 🤗

⭐️Benefits include
- Reconnect pelvic floor and core
- Improve Posture and relieve back pain
- Restore strength and stability
- Boost energy and connect with other mums!
- Babies welcome

⭐️All levels welcome ( beginners included)
