FANTASTIC NEWS FOREVER HOME FOUND XX ❤️

🐾 STORM (NOW BARNEY) IS LOOKING FOR HIS FOREVER HOME/EMERGENCY FOSTER 🐾🐕

BARNEY'S STORY 😇

Meet the gorgeous Barney 8 month old Cane Corso x Staff 🥰

Barney was handed over to our care last weekend due to his owner unfortunately having to leave and not be able to care for him anymore 😢🙏🤞

He is currently in Foster with a wonderful family however his puppy antics and size are becoming a bit too much for one of the children with his size and bouncyness and we would hate for her to become scared of dogs 😔

Barney has been in Foster since Sunday 5th may but unfortunately has a few teething issues, he does hard mouth which does need consistency and continuous training he is still a baby so with the right person he can be trained out of this and be an amazing companion ❤️

Barney can be nervous on a night time walk and may refuse to walk at all so this again will need continuous training to lessen his anxiety, it is unknown why he doesnt like an evening stroll but this can be worked on 💕

He is up to date with vaccinations, flea and worming and microchipped.

⛔️CANT live with cats
✅️CAN live with children over 12 or an adult only home
⛔️CANT live with another dog (needs more socialising and training with dogs that approach him)

🐾🐶HAPPY TAILS STORY🐶🐾

Meet gorgeous (was PABLO) a Cane corso cross Masstiff.

We were contacted hours before this boy had to leave his previous owners home else he would have been put out on the streets 😢
we were told he was 2 years old when IN FACT he is only 15 months old.

We managed to find him an emergency placement for a night however this placement didnt work out as we wernt made aware of the size of him (he is known now as our miniature horse! 😄)

When we first met him we were told in hearsay he could be crossed with XL Bully this was NOT what we were expecting we had less then 24 hrs to get this boy assessed to ensure he WASNT an XL Bully cross thankfully turned out he IS crossed with a Masstiff (definitely explains his size at only 15 months old) 💙.

Unfortunately this boy has had an aweful life growing up 💔 from the age of 2 months to 7 months old he was locked in house by himself for weeks on end no food no water 😢
From 7 months old he was rescued for a month then placed in a new home at 8 months old..
He was again rehomed and placed in home number 3 where Unfortunately he was shut in a room AGAIN 🙄 😒 it was at this home we were told he has food aggression (this was FALSE information) he has been food tested and hasnt a bad bone in his body he is NON AGGRESSIVE.
He then moved out of that home and back to home number 2 (this made it his 4th move) at this home we know he was shut away AGAIN but this time he was there until Friday 10th April when we stepped in and got an emergency placement 🥰

This poor boy has moved 6 times in a very short time frame and he ALMOST lost his life 💔

we can finally say he has FOUND HIS LAST AND FOREVER HOME away from being locked in a room on his own, where he gets taken out on LONG country walks, he is being re trained whilst on walks and is doing incredibly well he no longer pulls like a steam train 😀

The first pic was him in his previous home
Second pic is him in our Emergency Placement 🥰
The last 2 pics are him in his new home and outside enjoying his surroundings 😍🥰

✅️🥰We work hard to SAVE lives and this boy is a perfect example of a life well and truly deserving we cant wait to see his progress ❤️

This Afternoon we was contacted with a report of a deceased cat in Worms Wood, Felpham.

On arrival at first glance it looked like a cat, upon closer inspection we noticed the toe beans on the feet looked shiny and plastic, we saw a red wire coming out of its tummy this is when we relised it was a toy and NOT a real cat.

The Toy Cat was beheaded when we retrieved, its safe to assume Foxes were at play here 🦊🌈RIP Little Toy Cat 😽

🐾BONNIE WILL BE LOOKING FOR HER FOREVER HOME🐾🐕

BONNIE'S STORY 😇

Meet the gorgeous Bonnie 6/7 month old Cocker Spaniel 🥰

Bonnie was a victim of the recent Worthing Flat Fire on the 22nd February where she and her family unfortunately lost 2 of the family cats 😢

She went into foster with a family friend but unfortunately found herself in the position of needing to be moved on less then a week later 😕

We were contacted for assistance the day before Bonnie had to leave her placement leaving us less then 24 hrs to help her find a home from home placement 🫣
THANKFULLY we found the perfect placement in which we were able to stop her going into boarding kennels where she would have got severely stressed.

Bonnie has been with us since Saturday 28th February and is thriving she is such a pleasure a typical playful pup 🐶 💖

Bonnie does have Seperation Anxiety that we are working on with her so she WILL need an experienced active home who can provide her with long walks and plenty of stimulation and can continue the training around her Anxiety, ideally Bonnie would be suited to a work environment and/or be able to Fly Ball to help her energy levels.

She is up to date with vaccinations, flea and worming and microchipped.
Health check is due Monday 16th March.

✅️Bonnie CAN live with dog savvy cats
✅️CAN live with children aged 9 and above
✅️CAN live with a calm small/medium dog (MUST be nuetured/spayed)

If you are interested in Bonnie please do get in touch with us 💕🐶

New rules are being introduced to tackle livestock worrying, with serious consequences for owners whose dogs are out of control around farm animals.

⚠️ Penalties now include:
🐾 Unlimited fines
🐾 Up to 12 months in prison
🐾 Dogs being seized

Even if your dog is friendly and well-trained, having them off lead near livestock counts as “at large” – and is breaking the law, even if they don’t chase or harm anything.

With sheep attacks on the rise (87% of farmers reported incidents last year), this is a timely reminder to keep dogs on leads near livestock and stay aware of your
surroundings.

You can be fined if your dog is out of control in public - find out about Dog Control Orders, banned dogs, dog fouling and reporting a dangerous dog
