• Previous Admin experience
• Competent in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Great customer services skills
• Previous weighbridge experience would be beneficial but is not necessary

Duties included but are not limited to:
• Answering Incoming Calls
• Operating Weighbridge
• Admin for Manager and Directors
• Stock levels for stationery

Hours are 7am - 5pm . Monday to Friday, with half hour break

ALD Team members are supporting NWL at their annual Christmas quiz

Tonight Charlotte and her Dad took a turkey that will feed 12plus people and a lovely hamper from a generous Dunmow resident, Lisa, to the HT Night Shelter & Community Outreach in Bishops Stortford.
This shelter allows up to 8 people to stay there at night and runs from November to March depending on the weather. They do an amazing job in feeding and housing the people that need it the most and help them get back on their feet. However they have to rely on donations from the public and receive no funding.
This is Dave who helps runs this and cooks for those that come in, with the help of volunteers, they keep this place going.
Knowing this Christmas we have helped feed some of the 30 people they will be cooking for on Christmas Day is amazing.

ALD are looking to recruit a long term 2 Man Civils Groundworks Gang to carry out work in and around the Essex area.

The gang must have a minimum of 5 years' experience each and be willing to travel. One must be a competent SSSTS working supervisor to lead the gang and be able to organise their day to day works which include calling off orders, hiring and off hiring plant and equipment, ordering materials and equipment through our procurement team in the office.

Key skills required, include but are not limited to:

- Installation of drainage, chambers and ducting works
- Street works, kerbs, paving, excavations and reinstatement
- Concrete pavement works, mesh, basic shuttering, pouring and finishing
- Earthworks, sub base works, trenching
- Plant tickets required within the gang - dumper, roller, excavator above and below 10T
- All operatives must have in date CSCS cards
- SSSTS supervisor
- First aid preferred
- Suitable plant and equipment checks, daily record keeping and safety briefings

A van will be provided for the gang for work use.

Weekend work is available and will be required from time to time.
