This funding covers the accredited instructor training and workshop materials needed to bring two Parent Puzzle parenting courses to life in our area. The grant provides our team with course handbooks, interactive resources, and specialized training, as well as essential mobile phones to keep our support network connected.

With 4 home visits and 1 school meeting, Home-Start Epsom, Ewell & Banstead supported a mum navigating her child’s ADHD, sensory needs and sleep challenges. 🏡✨

The results? 💛

🌙 From full-time co-sleeping to sleeping peacefully in their own bed all night!
🏫 Positive progress at school, with effective sensory strategies in place.
💪 A mum who went from feeling anxious to feeling confident and empowered to advocate for her family.

We are so grateful to Surrey County Councillor Bernie Muir and the Your Councillor Community Fund for awarding us £3,827 to support our Perinatal Emotional Wellbeing Programme!

Becoming a parent can bring incredible joy, but it can also bring feelings of anxiety, low mood, and isolation. This vital funding will enable us to run three Perinatal Nurture Groups, keep our weekly Perinatal Drop-In supplied with refreshments, and equip our team with essential technology to keep delivering safe, high-quality care to local families across Epsom, Ewell, Banstead, and North Mole Valley.

Thank you, Cllr Bernie Muir, for standing alongside local parents and helping us ensure no one has to navigate the early months of parenthood alone! 🌟

At Home-Start Epsom, Ewell & Banstead, demand for our early intervention support, including perinatal care, home visiting, and nurture groups is higher than ever.

We are thrilled to take part in this year’s Big Give Christmas Challenge! Thanks to Champion funding from the Ethos Foundation and generous local pledgers, every £1 you give between midday Tuesday 1st December and midday Tuesday 8th December will be DOUBLED.

That means raising £5,000 in public donations unlocks the full £10,000 campaign total!

Even better? Wednesday 9th December marks our 30th Birthday! 🎂 For 30 years, we’ve been holding local families through hard times. Help us celebrate this milestone by making sure no local family faces crisis alone this winter.
