Welcome to Murphy’s on Main Street, a multi-purpose Community Hub in the heart of Ederney.

No. 15 Main Street in Ederney has been caringly restored and extended by Ederney Community Development Trust into a community hub called Murphy’s on Main Street. The mission of Ederney Community Hub is to connect people with one another and with the heritage of the building and our locality, and the project was made possible working with The National Lottery Heritage Fund and the Village Catalyst Grant Scheme. Thanks to National Lottery players and the Village Catalyst Grant Scheme, Ederney Community Development Trust have transformed No.15 Main Street into a community hub comprising tearooms, health and well-being studios, creative spaces and co-working offices serving the health and wellbeing needs of local people and attracting visitors to the area. The Village Catalyst grant scheme is a partnership initiative between the Department for Communities, the Department for Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs and the Architectural Heritage Fund.
